ONLINE BOOTCAMP

In this program you will workout with Jessica from the comfort of your own home 2-3 times a week! The workout videos range from 20-45 minutes and can be done on your own time. This program is for any fitness level– beginner to advanced!

IN-GYM BOOTCAMP

In-Gym Bootcamp is held at Powerhouse Gym, London, Ky. This is a women’s only Bootcamp that starts at the beginning of each month. 

30 Day Challenge

This months challenge is the “Buns & Guns” Challenge 

PERSONAL & GROUP TRAINING

Women’s only individual one-on-one personal training or small group training. Held in-gym or at your local business.

SPORTS CONDITIONING
