You will need a set of dumbbells, a resistance band and optional fitness mat. You can purchase a resistance band here. You can purchase 5 to 10-lbs weights here.
We will workout together 3 times a week via video or live streaming from private Facebook group. If you do not have a Facebook account, the videos can also be sent by a link straight to your email.
The videos will be post to Jessica’s private Facebook group or can be sent to you via email.
All of Jessica’s custom workout videos will be available from the day they are posted until the 8 week bootcamp ends.
