No, you do not have to be a member of Powerhouse Gym to sign up for Bootcamp.

Childcare is available and included at the 8:15am and 8:30am bootcamps. There is no childcare at the 5:30am and 5:45am bootcamps.

Yes, the In-Gym Bootcamps are for all fitness levels. Options and modifications are given for each exercise so everyone can go at their own pace.

In-Gym Bootcamps are recommended for ages 14 and up.
