I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and I strive to help clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & wellness. I create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way. I use safe, sound exercises that provide each client with a variety of individually tailored programs. Over the years, it has given me great satisfaction to pass along my existing knowledge and enthusiasm with the highest standard of service, safety and professionalism to those wanting to adopt a lifestyle of physical and mental well-being. I hold certifications in personal training, weight loss management, Tabata Bootcamp, Yogafit, Kickboxing and Pilates. In addition to being a Personal Trainer & Group Instructor/Coach, I’m a proud wife and mother of two. In my spare time I love to run, bike, swim, and relax with family and friends!
