Equipment is recommended but not required- dumbbells & resistance mini bands
(Get Fit With Jess mini bands can be purchased from me for $10 extra)

We will workout together 3 times a week via video or live streaming from private Facebook group. If you do not have a Facebook account, the videos can also be sent by a link straight to your email.

The videos will be posted to a private Facebook group or can be sent to you via email.

All of Jessica’s custom workout videos will be available from the day they are posted until the challenge ends.
